Hoover of Pendleton, CA and Jessie Ostrofsky (Todd) of Norfolk, VA; his siblings, Verna Angelo (Mike) of Frewsburg, NY, Evelyn Hultberg, Beverly Reiter (Gary) of Tarentum, PA, Dennis Hoover (Donna) of San Antonio, TX, Thomas Hoover (Paula) of Snow Shoe and Dave Hoover (Kathy) of Pine Glen; and his granddaughter Willow D. Ostrofsky.
