She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Franek and Agnes Franek (Mihalik); her husband George W. Cook; and her brothers, Joseph and Robert Franek.
She is survived by: her children, Sonya Shadeck (Jeff) of Clearfield, PA and George J. Cook of Karthaus, PA; her siblings, Celia Hoover of Snow Shoe, PA, Frank Franek of Montoursville, PA, John Franek (Ann) of Clarence, PA, Andrew Franek (Diana) of Clarence, PA and David Franek (Carol) of Washington, DC; and her grandchildren, Logan and Clayton.
