It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Fleeger (Karns City, Pennsylvania), born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 3, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Fleeger and Marian L. Potts Fleeger; and his father-in-law Donald Lowers. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lowers Fleeger; his children, Bryan L. Fleeger (Alisa) of Petrolia and Bethany A. Stewart (Jeffery) of Chicora; his siblings, John M. Fleeger Jr. (Nancy) of Butler, David H. Fleeger (Ruth) of Karns City and Susan Rodgers (David) of Chicora; his grandchildren, Marissa A. Hiles (Adam) of Karns City, Cailyn C. Fleeger of Petrolia, Logan C. Fleeger of Petrolia, Karsyn L. Stewart of Chicora and Kinsley A. Stewart of Chicora; his great grandchild Emilia A. Hiles of Karns City; and his mother-in-law Marlene Lowers of Chicora. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
