She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Shakley and Elizabeth Shakley (McElroy); her husband William Swigart; and her siblings, Ruth Vlassich, Florence Kocher, Betty Lou Adams and Ike Shakley.
She is survived by: her nephew Emile (Laureen Vlassich); and her siblings-in-law, Sally Swigart, Emma Protzman, Sandy Hilderbrand and Don Swigart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great - nieces and great - nephews.
