He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bailey and Gladys McCanna Bailey; his stepmother Mae Binkard Bailey; and his son Terry L. Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Pamela C. Double Bailey; his children, Ken Bailey (Bobbi) of Karns City, Cris Bailey (Danielle) of Coral Gables, FL, Colin Bailey (Missy) of Karns City and Leigh Nagy (Imre) of Karns City; his daughter-in-law Tina Bailey of Karns City; his grandchildren, Justin Bailey (Kelly), Jackie DeBacco (Zach), Natasha Bailey, Quin, Mason, Josie, Jolina Bailey, Morgan Nagy (Brian Bush), Nathan Nagy, Makala Callihan (Cory) and Brock Bailey (Ryen Mealy); his great grandchildren, Xavier Bailey, Remmington Beer, Junior Pearce and Earl; and his siblings, Pete Clark (Margaret) of Mercer, Kay Bielstein of Karns City and Eileen Easley of Karns City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
