He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria M. Seybert Moore; his grandparents, George and Anna Greenawalt; and his son Christopher Seybert. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Furl of Karns City; his children, Barbara "Babs" Bellotti of San Diego and Donald "Donny" Seybert (Sheryl) of Grove City; his grandchildren, Kiersten Bellotti, Breanna Seybert, Grant Bellotti and Christopher Seybert; and his siblings, Chester Seybert (Jackie) of Karns City and Lori Myers (Scott) of Rimersburg.
