He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bartley and Mamie Clark Bartley. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Smith Bartley; his daughters, Mary Sorbel of Keil, IL and Carol Remini of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, Christina, Landry, Heather and Katlin; his stepson Anthony Fox (Jennifer); and his siblings, James, Donald, Thomas Bartley, Sara Hopper and Kate McKinney. He is also survived by five step grandchildren and four step great grandchildren, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
