He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie B. Robbins and Mary Agnes King Robbins; and his brother Jeffrey Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine "Lee" Earley Robbins; his children, Melanie Robbins and Jeremy Robbins of Virginia; his sisters, Judy Domac (Alan) and Vicki Shirey (Mark); his mother-in-law Charlotte Earley Kloker of Karns City; and his brothers-in-law, Lewis Earley (Annette) of Chicora, Mark Earley and Missy of Slippery Rock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
