He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sluga and Mary Mohar Sluga; his daughter Vicki Lynn Carrow; his granddaughter Kari Lynn Carrow; his siblings, Mary Sluga, Julia Sluga, Helen Romaine, Daisy Korbar, Frank Sluga, Charles Sluga, Howard Sluga, Edgar Sluga and James Sluga; and his son-in-law Arnie Haskins.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lantz.
