He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Jashurek and Rose Jashurek (Rogers); his granddaughter Michelle Lemon; and his brothers, Anthony, Robert, Joseph and Frank Jashurek.

He is survived by : his children, Thomas Jashurek Jr. (Judy) of Kane, Samantha Jashurek of St. Marys and Laura Lemon (Daniel) of Olean, NY; his former life partner Darlene Jashurek of Johnsonburg; and his grandchildren, Kelly Mix (Tim), Kristen Lemon, Alexis Yocum, Andrew Lemon, Caleb Jashurek, Charles and Wyatt Yocum.

Memorial donations may be made to the Kane VFW Lodge or the Kane Volunteer Fire Department.
