He was predeceased by : his parents, James Bechakas and Aglaia Bechakas (Djivelis). He is survived by : his spouse Soultana Kyratzis; his daughter Aglaia "Leia" Liberatore (Dan) of Centennial, CO; his brother John Bechakas (Toula) of Kane; his granddaughters, Soultana "Sara" Baldwin (Jace) of Erie and Anna Liberatore of Centennial, CO; and his nephews, James Bechakas (Marisa) of Kane, Costas Bechakas of Clearwater, FL, Terry Bechakas of Kane and Mike Bechakas (Heather) of Kane.

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
