He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Cochran and Mary Cochran (Maginnis); his wife Patricia Cooley; his siblings-in-law, William Breedlove, Chris Henry, Timothy Cooley, Michael Cooley and Cindy Cooley; and his nephew Steven McQueen.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Debra Breedlove of Kane, Hazel Madison of Reno, NV, Sherry Henry of Warren, Cathy Cooley of Pittsfield and Tammy Cooley of Reno, NV.; and his cousins, Dave Swanson and Bill Swanson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
