He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Penrod (Lehman); his daughters, Paula Menteer (Casey) of Kane and Stephanie Neeley of Butler; his grandsons, Kenny Clark, Shaine Miller and Jonathan Koebler; his stepchildren, Michele Mohney (John), Melissa Hayduk, William Walton and Joe Walton (Misty); and his friend Derek Dangelo.

Memorial donations may be made to the Penn Highlands Hospice.
