She was predeceased by : her parents, John Chubon and Alice Chubon (Irons); her sister Patricia Chubon-Hall; and her son-in-law Kenneth VanGiesen (Buddy). She is survived by : her husband Frank; her children, Alison Sirianni of Berea, OH, Matthew Sirianni (Aimee) of Kane, Erin Sirianni of Erie and Jeanna Blint (Adam) of Portersville; her grandchildren, Derek, Andy, Claire, Colin, Camden, Jackson and Nora; and her family Alison.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Sherry's name.
