He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph "Kick" Hetrick and Doris "Dode" Hetrick (Cussins); and his grandson Bently Scott Luchs. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Norman; his daughters, Melanie Lundeen (Eric) of Kane and Tiffanie Luchs (Seth) of Kane; his granddaughter Erica Lundeen of Kane; and his brother Terry (Jane Potter) of Spokane, WA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
