We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2023, at the age of 94, Ruth Leona Kearney of Kane, Pennsylvania, born in Bradford, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Benjamin Wilcox and Neva Clark Wilcox; her husband William E. Kearney of Bradford; her children, Mary Kearney Ullo and William Kearney (Bill); her son-in-law Thomas Haight; and her siblings, Donald Wilcox, Martha Kingen, Marian Kohler and Virginia Lucas.

She is survived by : her children, David Kearney (Ann), Daniel Kearney (Becky), Kathy Haight, Anne Wick (Blaise), John Kearney (Tammy), Richard Kearney (Barbara), Marie Malecky (Mitch) and Steve Kearney (Lori Hayes); and her daughter-in-law Cheri Kearney. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and one great, great-grandchild.

Memorial donations may be made to the Kane Lions Club at P. O. Box 507, Kane, PA; the Kane Memorial Library; the Catholic Daughters of America of St. Callistus Church; or to a charity of your choice in memory of Ruth.
