He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Conklin and Lillian Conklin (Munson) of Kane, PA.; his wife Delores "Dee" Conklin; his son Robert Conklin; his daughter-in-law Pamela Conklin; and his siblings, Maridel "Mert" Conklin, Jim and Loren Conklin.
He is survived by: his close friends, Kim Kuhn, Dan Counts, Dr. Sicher, Dr. Howard, Mike Stewart, Bob Porkolab, Steve Dyne, Dale Wehler, Dan Shields, Scott Smith, Jon Sklar, John Holt, Broc Kuhn, Kevin Meeker, Coleman Crew, Ron and Butch Coleman; his son-in-law Dino; his children, Suzanne Cherry (Dino) of Kane and David Conklin (Tosha) of Kane; his grandchildren, Brandon Conklin (Michele), Langdon Conklin, Kristopher Cherry, Bettina Cherry, Serrena Conklin and Sienna Conklin; his great grandchild Parker Conklin; and his sister Bonnie Counts (Dan) of Coudersport. He is also survived by his friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, his family asks that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
