He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Troutman and Mildred Bish Troutman; his wife Audrey Cesario; his sons, Raymond (Tony) of Mt. Jewett and James R. Troutman (Sally) of Mt. Jewett; his grandchildren, Danelle Troutman and Jacob Troutman; and his siblings, Ronald Troutman (Gloria) of Honor, MI and Pearl Lydon of Erie.
