He is survived by: his father Philip Green Sr. (Harvetta); his wife Jill Weirich; his daughters, Sunnee Diblasi (Brandon), Karissa Green (Jackie Wertz) and Ashlee Green (Brianne Klembara); his grandchildren, Griffin Harrington, Isabelle Foulds, Owen DiBlasi, Demetrios Klembara, Abel Klembara, Levi Klembara and Brody DiBlasi; his siblings, Marie Nunley, Carla Sherwood, Elaine Ostrander, Melisa Green, Jean Green, Tammy Patterson (Danny), Barbie Ouellette (Mark), Henry Kephart (Cheryl), Dale Kephart (Laurie), David Kephart (Lanie) and Bruce Kephart; and his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Peterson (Dennis) and Julie Wittman (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
