It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neal Osmer (Kane, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Osmer and Nancy Osmer (Thrush); and his sister Katherine Osmer. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Lehman; his stepdaughter Jacqueline Couch of Johnsonburg; and his sister Kara Parks (Sam) of Kane.

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
