He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Osmer and Nancy Osmer (Thrush); and his sister Katherine Osmer. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lehman; his stepdaughter Jacqueline Couch of Johnsonburg; and his sister Kara Parks (Sam) of Kane.
