She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Mellander and Mabel Rippon Mellander; and her brother Charles Mellander. She is survived by: her nephews, David Mellander (Julie) of Harrisburg, NC, Marc Mellander (Sara) of Belmont, NC and Paul Mellander (Maureen) of Greensboro, NC; her sister-in-law Helen Mellander Manning of Charlotte, NC; her great-niece Kristen Meckley; and her great-nephews, Eric, Jacob and Joseph Mellander.
