He was predeceased by: his parent Terri Warfield; his grandmother Harriet Holliday; his aunt Faye Anderson; his cousin Steven Anderson; and his grandparents, Joe Fair, Buster and Lou Hensley.
He is survived by: his close friend Tina Weilacher; his son Brenden Hensley; his stepson Pat O'hara; his sister Michelle Whitmer; his nephews, James Whitmer, Craig Whitmer and Kyle Whitmer; his cousin Jeff Anderson; and his granddaughter Shaelynn Hensley-Oplinger. He is also survived by two great-nephews and one great-niece.
