She is survived by: her parent Josephine Scalise Muscaro; her spouse Garrett "Dolly" O'Hara; her children, Gary O'Hara of Kane, Colleen "Peach" Hallberg (Virgil) of Kane and Daniel O'Hara (Amy) of Kane; her grandchildren, Tom Hallberg, Debbie Dalton, Ashley O'Hara, Caitlin O'Hara and Ian O'Hara; and her great grandchildren, Isaac Hallberg, Clara Hallberg and Levi Dalton.
