He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Ferranto and Ida Ferranto (Heaton); his son Anthony Ferranto; and his siblings, Edward Ferranto and JoAnn Northrop.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hannold; his children, Lisa Lopez (Angelo) of Kane, Gina Scheaffer (Ronald) of Harrisburg, JoAnn Royer (Mike) of Tampa, FL, John Ferranto of Kane and Joe (Shelly Dyne) of Smethport; and his sisters, Rosemary Baughman (John) of Erie and Donna Brinkley (Roy) of Highland. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
