She was predeceased by: her parents, Kingsley Bryman and Geraldine Bryman; her husband Fred Pearson; her son Emil 'Tim' Johnson; her stepmother Helen Bryman; her former husband Theodore Johnson; her half-brother Barry Bryman; and her stepsister Ann Jones.

She is survived by: her sons, Theodore C. Johnson Jr. (Kimberly) of Fairfax Station, VA and Todd B. Johnson (Laura) of Titusville; her grandchildren, Megan McClain, Amanda Blankinship, Lara Johnson, Marie Johnson, Bari Johnson, Bryan Johnson, James Johnson, Josh Johnson and Jordan Johnson; her daughter-in-law Karen Johnson of Mt. Jewett; and her great grandchild Maddox McClain.
