He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hervatin and Frances Hervatin (Rolick); his wife Phyllis Lundberg; and his siblings, Helena Kenneson, Zoranne Stewart, Rose Kaluza, Fanny Bizzak and Silvis "Slau" Hervatin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie Haven (Ray) of Lewis Run and Lisa Maholic (Michael) of Mt. Jewett; his grandsons, Brandon Sluga and Brock Haven; his great grandchild Brennan Haven; and his pets, Peanut and Lucky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
