He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bizzak and Mary Bizzak (Kacin); and his grandparents, Josephine and Anton Kacin. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Peterson; his children, Lisa Pence (James) of James City, Christine Kocjancic (Jeffrey) of Kane, John Bizzak (Lisa) of James City and Frank Bizzak of Kane; his grandchildren, Heather Adams (Thomas), Emily Mix (Steven), Brittanie Messner (Nathan), John Bizzak (Alice), Ryan Bizzak, Katelyn Bizzak (Devon Bartels), Jeffrey Kocjancic and Jack Kocjancic; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Ilah Adams, Ellie, Hailie Mix, Karly, Alivia, Blakely Messner, John Edward Bizzak II and Kohen Bartels; and his sister Rose Campbell of Smethport.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Callistus Catholic Church (342 Chase St, Kane, PA 16735). A Mass was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Callistus Catholic Church (342 Chase St, Kane, PA 16735).
