He was predeceased by: his parents, Seth Bloomquist and Catherine "Babe" Bloomquist. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Holt; his children, Jody Bloomquist (Libby) of Kane and Karin Dickens (Jason) of Greensboro, NC; his siblings, Seth Bloomquist (Mary) of Kane and Cathy Lebed; and his grandchildren, Karson and Kylie Dickens. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
