He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Fowler and Frances Fowler (McMahon); his sisters, Cheryl Baum and April Fowler; and his stepdaughter Ann Cobado.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Walker; his children, Jamie Folwer, Barbara Ann Nickles (Paul) and William Fowler; his stepdaughter Mary Coward (Paul); and his siblings, Lydia Mills (Sam) and John "Jack" Fowler. He is also survived by several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
