He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Vantine and Mae Vantine (Ryding); his brother Tom Vantine; and his stepson Prescott Bearfield (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bearfield; his daughters, Pamela Vantine of Georgia and Heather Smith (Lee) of Kane; and his stepchildren, Pat Bearfield (Monica) of Grand Junction, Perrice Peterson of Warren, Penny Barber (Wally) of Kane and Peggan Damiani (David) of Lancaster, NY.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
