He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dilley and Elsie Dilley (O'Conner); and his stepbrother Robert Palmer. He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Dilley of Suffolk, VA, Jamie Tant (William) of Portsmouth, VA and Amanda Dilley of Bridgewater, MA; and his brothers, William Dilley (Renee) of Sheffield and Richard Dilley (Christine) of Kane. He is also survived by two grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
