He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Riekofsky and Anastasia Zuroski Riekofsky; his son Ronald Riekofsky; and his brother Carl Riekofsky. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Riekofsky (Shanna) of Smethport, Justin Riekofsky (Melissa) of Truman, PA, Brian Laughner (Danielle) of Spokane, WA., Jaimie Himes of Ashtabula, OH, Sherri Swanson (Chris) of Mt. Jewett, Terri Walker of Hazel Hurst and Jessica Raught (Jason) of Kushequa, Sixteen; and his sister Carol Asti (Richard) of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by Sixteen grandchildren.
