As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gwen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Hardesty and Florence Hardesty (Littel); and her husband David Lang, Sr.. She is survived by: her son David Lang, Jr. (Maria McNeely); her brother Barry Hardesty; and her sister-in-law Ruth Hoak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory (2703 Oneil Blvd White Oak, McKeesport, PA 15132). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to a local pet rescue.
