He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore McCormack and Thelma Hutchison Jackson. He is survived by: his sons, Michael McCormack (Mary) of Kane and Travis McCormack (Marisa) of Arvada, CO; his grandsons, Nathan McCormack, Benjamin McCormack, Nolan McCormack and Rylan McCormack; and his siblings, Jim McCormack (Kittie) of Mt. Jewett, Thomas McCormack of Hopewell and Patty Kydd (David) of New Brighton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
