He is survived by: his wife Karen Anderson; his children, Melissa Peterson (Richard) of Kane, Rhonda Caribardi (Mike Whitemore) of Kane and Scott Bizzak (Mary) of Kane; his grandchildren, Nate Peterson (Kendra Udovich), Justin Peterson, Bryce Bizzak (Kalen Johnson), Brynn and Brooke Bizzak; and his siblings, Joanne Bergman (Frank), Joseph Bizzak (Joan) of Kane and Steve Bizzak (Marcy) of Kane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
