He was predeceased by: his parent Gerald L. Walters. He is survived by: his parent Phyllis Walters (Knapp); his spouse Viola Wittmann; and his siblings, David Walters, Mark Walters of Kane, Matt Walters of Canton, Ohio and Rebecca Snyder (Gary) of Kane.
