With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edythe M. Gerhart (Kane, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 18, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Swedenjelm and Margaret Swedenjelm; her husband Robert Gerhart; her siblings, Virginia Neitz, Mary Jane Brown and Edward Swedenjelm; her great grandchildren, Josie Lee and Juliette Ann Mattocks; her daughter Nancy Gerhart Blankenship (Darrell) of Kane; her granddaughters, Jennifer Blankenship Mattocks (Jeffrey) of Kane, Stephanie Blankenship Wormsley of Kane, Amanda Blankenship Mattocks (Gregory) of Grove City and Chelle Blankenship of Kane; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Maxwell Wormsley and Quintin Mattocks of Kane.
Due to Covid-19, a private service will be held at the Ronald McDonald II Funeral Home on Monday February 22, 2021.
Memorial donations can be made to the United Methodist Church of Kane, Pennsylvania.
