He is survived by: his siblings, Anna Dilulio of Johnsonburg and Walter "Mope" Polinski (Molly) of Wilcox; his caregivers, Dawn Sandy and Sharon Penfield; and also, Marie Cunningham, Rayelle, Danni Wittman, Tagelynn, Inley and Bart.
