He is survived by: his parents, Philip Green and Harvetta Green Sr. (Gummo); his son Noah Green of Kane; and his siblings, Marie Nunley, Carla Sherwood of Smethport, Elaine Ostrander (Jeff) of Port Allegany, Melisa Green of Kane, Jean Green of Kane and Philip Green Jr. (Jill) of Kane.
