She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor R. Lantz and Besse Lantz (Watterson); her husband William "Bill" Sluga; her daughter Vicki Lynn Carrow; her granddaughter Kari Lynn Carrow; her siblings, Carl, Victor Lantz, Beatrice Cunningham and Betty Lyle; and her son-in-law Arnie Haskins.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Ann Haskins of Pittsburgh, PA, Lance and Scott Sluga of Mount Jewett, PA. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
