He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Fogel and Ann Dale Fogel; his wife Ethel J. Spence; his daughter Nancy Rezzelle (John) of Kane; his grandson Alex Rezzelle; and his sister Martha Paup (Donald) of Kane.
