He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Walters and Mary Anna Walters Sr. (Hulings); his wife Bette Whippo; his sons, Clyde T. Walters, Jr. and Leslie David Walters; his son-in-law John Cornelius; and his siblings, Twila Rossman, Ernie Hallberg, Joe Walters and Ted Walters.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Lee Cornelius of Kane; his daughter-in-law Mary Jo Walters of St. Marys; and his grandchildren, Rick Francen, Mark Francen, Jeff Francen of Lewis Run, Scott Walters (Kira) of Wilcox and Wendy Hodgdon (Jake).
