He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Allen and Beverlee J. Olson Allen; and his brother Dean Allen. He is survived by: his wife Betsy E. Hollabaugh; his children, Cassie Allen of Hanover, Mass., Katie Messer of Canyon, Colo., Karleigh Percell of Canyon, Colo. and Kris Brocious of Colorado Springs; and his brother Jay Allen of Tucson, Ariz..
