He was predeceased by: his parents, William Swanson and Elouise Swanson Sr. (Anderson); and his siblings, William C. Swanson Jr. and Janice Peterson. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Baker; his children, Sari Jane Barnes (Johny Himes) of Mt. Jewett and Jacob Swanson (Katherine) of Mt; his grandchildren, Landon C. Barnes and Elouise Swanson; and his sisters, Joann Burguson (Ron) of Mt. Jewett, Kristine Marsh (David) of Bradford and Ronalee Yoder (Jack) of Smethport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Jewett American Legion.
