Haggard of Kane, Pennsylvania, born in Coudersport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O. Haggard and Bonnie C. Dowell Haggard; and his siblings, David Haggard of Port Allegany, Mary Shatley of Turtle Point, Hattie Prosser of Mt and Jewett.
He is survived by: his children, Jesse Lee Haggard of Smethport, Sandra King of Franklinville, NY, Tammy LaBar of Tennessee and Mary Sirline of Bradford; and his siblings, Joe Haggard of Port Allegany, Rita Skillman of Eldred and Dorothy Lannanger of Crosby.
However, there will be a celebration of life/ memorial service at a later date that will be posted, due to COVID-19.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
