He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Zuzek, Sr. and Carol Zuzek (Cook); his sister Amy Sue Zuzek; and his pet Spikey. He is survived by: his wife Brigitte Shrubb; his mother-in-law Betty Shrubb; his pets, Zena and Benny; his children, Andrew Zuzek, Avidahl Zuzek (Dakota Thomas) and Alexia Zuzek (Marty Niklas); his brothers, Emil Zuzek and Paul Zuzek; and his close friend Mike Bradley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made in Andy's name to The Family House 5308 Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15224 or to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Judes Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
