He is survived by: his wife Ruth Shawver (Lloyd); his children, Alice Irene Doelker (Robert) of Milesburg and Samuel Marlin Shawver, Jr. (Tammy) of Houtzdale; his grandchildren, Joshua Tyler Demarco, Austyn James Doelker (Morgan) and Lillian Grace Doelker; his great grandchild Vivian Nicole Doelker; and his brothers, Michael F. Shawver (Amy) of Lamar and John R. Shawver of Lusby, Maryland..
