He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Tice and Emily Tice (Hall); his wife Della M. Smith; his sons, Thomas Tice and Carl Tice, Sr.; his sons-in-law, Brad Luse, Roy Weaver and Dennis Campbell; and his siblings, Melvin, Bruce, Stewart, Lester, Ralph, Foster, Harold, Viola Tice, Lois Kerstetter, Helen Kitner and Verna Peese.
He is survived by: his children, Barry Tice (Connie) of Howard, Timothy Tice, Sr. of Kylertown, Karen Taylor (Maurice) of South Carolina, Eva Weaver of Centre Hall, Donna Campbell of Bellefonte and Joyce Snook (Mike) of Tennessee; and his siblings, Nelson Tice of Runville, Rebecca Musser of State College and Faye Biggans (Andy) of Snow Shoe. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
