He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George F. Rhoads and Helen L. Rhoads (Poorman); his children, Lisa Lose and John Rhoads of Mingoville; his siblings, Barbara Naugle (Howard) of Sarver, David Rhoads, Philip Rhoads of Bellefonte and Barry Rhoads (Jo Beth); his close friend Sharon M. Mellott; his daughter Vonda Rhoads; and his siblings, Carol Moore, Judy Rhoads, Clair and James.
