He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Wright Lowery; his spouse Martha Williams; his children, Brian R. Lowery (Bethany) of Bellefonte, Joyce L. Lowery of Bellefonte and Tammy L. Knepp (Ronald) of Lemont; his sisters, Peggy Marter of Hollidaysburg and Lois Mumper of New Germantown; and his grandchildren, Gwendolyn Lowery, Ian Lowery, Samuel Smith, Andrew Smith and Kooper Knepp.
